Other services

We bring scientific rigour, field expertise, and ethical practice to every project, whatever the brief.

Film & Media

We work with film crews, from amateur documentarians to professional production teams, providing safe and knowledgeable handling of reptiles and amphibians in the field. Whether you need an experienced herpetologist on set, help locating and identifying species, or guidance on ethical filming practice around wildlife, we’re equipped to support your production.

Consultancy & Contract Work

We’re available on a commission basis for fieldwork, data collection, and ecological consultancy. Where a project calls for specific expertise outside our own, we draw on our network of collaborators to find the right person for the job, so you’re never left without the right specialist.

Survey & Monitoring

We carry out species inventories, population monitoring, and biodiversity baseline surveys for landowners, NGOs, and conservation organisations. Our expeditions already generate structured, standardised species data, and we bring that same rigour to bespoke survey work.

Guide Training & Mentorship

We train aspiring field herpetologists and guides in safe handling, species identification, and survey methodology, drawing on years of hands-on experience across European, Asian, and African herpetofauna.

Corporate & Educational Outreach

We deliver talks, workshops, and structured field sessions for schools, universities, and organisations looking to bring genuine field science to their audience, grounded in real expedition experience, not just theory.

Research Partnerships

We connect academic researchers with field sites and data collection capacity, supporting studies from initial fieldwork through to publication. Our team has direct experience contributing to peer-reviewed research, from behavioural studies and molecular biology to population ecology.
